Once an order is placed, you will receive email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Israa ME delivers to the UAE and the estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days. Delivery charges will be indicated during your check out process.
Israa ME is not responsible for delays in delivery due to failure in providing the right delivery address.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our info account and we will be happy to assist you.

Products can be returned for a refund within 14 days after delivery. Return shipping fees apply, and the item must be in the following condition:
- In its original, undamaged state
- Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- It comes in its original packing. If the original packing is too damaged to ship back, you must substitute a box that is the same size as the original
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Please note that you may not return any personalized products.
